Dear Hugh and Edna,

I just can't seem to get a poem writtin even though I have started one several times.. I want you to know I think of you daily and hope all is well for both of you.  I will try to get a poem posted soon but if not know my thoughts are with  you both... Darlene

To me, the heart and thought that went into delivering a message of hope, always helps a spirit heal. Beautiful! The best to you dear one!

Just a simple message sent through cyber space can mean a lot more than saying nothing at all.

Thank you Darlene for this kind gesture. We can't always do what is asked for, but we can show that we care. Well done.

Dear Darlene, The words you've written are just as important as any poem you could write. I know Hugh and Edna are pleased that you've written them. Your thoughts are with them, that's the main thing.

Same here. Migraines keep me from creating anything new. Plus it's hard because you have company and that rattles the old brain. Poor Hugh and Edna, I think just mentioning that you are thinking of them is what matters.

    Dear Darlene,

I understand how hard it is with plenty of disruptions.
For me, it's just the same you see with constant interruptions.
It's just that since she cannot walk or get to my PC,
I'm printing all the poems out so each one she can see.

I've bought a little binder with a cover made of leather
and everybody's poems she is keeping there together.
It means that she can lie in bed and read them at her leisure
and I can truly say that each one gives her so much pleasure.

But if it isn't possible for you to add one too,
we're grateful for your thoughts, just as we often think of you.

With love and hugs, XXX Hugh.

It's the thought that counts, Sis and I'm sure Edna and Hugh appreciate that. So even if you don't manage to get a poem in, at least they know you wish them well.

    love and
    Dee
