Forbidden for some
The love between species
Is where passion comes from
A fragile human
A blood-drinking vampire
The spark of seduction
That lights up a fire
The fire starts spreading
But the love is not right
The relationship is waiting
For the inevitable bite
But some vampires are evil
Not all are good
So your love must protect you
Just like they should
He will defend your honor
And save your life
To always make you happy
And prevent your strife
And in the twilight of day
He is present still
A vampire and human
An interesting thrill...
Author notes
I LOVE TWILIGHT!!!!!!!!!! ummm for one of the contests, this is a rhyming form...? i'm not really sure but the rhyme sceme is ABCB which is something i use often, example
Desired by all (A is not redone)
Forbidden for some (B is repeated by rhyming the last word in the last line)
The love between species (C a whole different line)
Is where passion comes from (B rhymes with original B line)

Aww this was short and sweet, and right to the point. I loved how the last few lines really gave away the Twilight story (at first, I did not know it was going to be a Twilight poem lol) Thanks for entering, and good luck!
