A Rose Weeps. ( Option 24 )

Missing image
Touch me with a petals sigh
kiss my weeping eyes
bleed my heart with blue regret
sing lost lullabies.

Caress my pain with mercy
bless my hope anew
despair lies deep inside me
a rose of broken blue.

Tears of loss touch sorrowed cheeks
heart strings sadly play
a symphony of anguish                                     
that stains this blue bouquet.                                   
                                     
In sadness lies my broken rose
tainted tears still bleed
they flow in desolation
my soul cries out with need.
