I have found you
                                      in the sweetness of the rain
                                      in the freshness of the dawn

in the way the wind
    touches my hair
                                      in the lingering scent
                                      of  wild flowers

in the tangible coolness
of air 
                                      in the warmth
                                      of star shine

in the fragility
of yellow
                                      in the energy
                                      of blueness

in the stir
of the morning doves
                                    in the space
                                    between my empty arms
                                    where I feel your heart still

and within my
quivering dreams
                                    then, now and forevermore
