As we sat with our two young sons, eating at Mcdonald's,
the eldest, who was seven years old, went to use the bathroom.
As he returned to the table, the younger three year old stood up, and proud as could be, shouted to a very packed restaurant, "Adam, did you have to pee or poop?!"

This is so cute.As with all kids you can never predict what they will say.Sometimes you just want to hide when they do or say something embarressing. But it is those times we look back on and enjoy.I am glad you shared this story as we all have great stories such as this and they are truely good to hear.Good luck in the contest.

LOL..So glad you got a laugh, and yes kids are so free in their thoughts and words.
My 7 year old was a little embarrassed but kind of used to his brother's lack of filter on his mouth.

The uninhibited freedom of early childhood presents many public opportunities for parents to figuratively die of mortification. Nicely told.

LOL..Yes it was quite embarrassing, but is now one of the many moments and memories we laugh about together and cherish. There isn't a whole lot that embarrasses me anymore.
Thanks for your wonderful comment. Blessings, Patty

This was just so georgous! There is nothing cuter than a little kid saying exactly what they want to say, and it can be so funny - or embarrassing. A great little story, Patty. What a laugh! Good luck!
