We climb into our wedding bed,
wedding candles at the head,
candles already burning,
scented wax turning
as we turn,
ready to learn,
learn to love,
and love to burn.
Author notes
I tried for a wreath but lost the thread in places.

I like how this wreath takes a candle's scent and burns it at both ends, including the candle and the burning love of the wedding bed. Thanks for this!

Beautifully written! Marriage is like one solitary candle kindled from two individual flames. The flames kindle One giant pillar candle, and this one solitary pillar burns eternally!
