I am under the mistletoe
and under the mistletoe I'll stay
From those sweet kisses I won't go
for those sweet kisses make my day
Some just small pecks of greeting
Some not pecks, long and thrilling
Some with lips that are fleeting
Some with lips lush and fulfilling
Lucky guy I am, I know
Lucky to still be around
Underneath the mistletoe
Mistletoe where kisses abound.

This is so sweet.
Some with lips that are fleeting
Some with lips lush and fulfilling
It's a lush write indeed.

Lucky indeed to have kissed such a wide variety! We don't have this tradition of kissing under the mistletoe here in Germany though everyone brings a huge ball of it in off the trees at Christmas to hang over their doorways for healing and good health in the new year. I like the little encapsulation of the mistletow kiss that your "greeting, thrilling, fleeting, fulfilling" provides.
