Yes she does have seizures, and is blind, fed with a G-Tube, and many other problems as well. But she is My Angel, and always will be!

Not sure what this syndrome's characteristics are but it sounds as if she is a real star, not matter what. Oft times kids with problems help us with ours in a way we do not really understand, but makes out lives very enriched and fuller because of it. Good flow, rhythm, rhyme. Liked the lyrics. She could be the source or inspiration of many more poems or songs. Keep writing.
