Letting go the wanted things
Rips apart the need
Till all that's left to do is
Wait and watch and bleed
Will it all to end
Attack the mind and soul
Ignite the flame, a burning torch
Together scream a final note
With open arms and blackened hearts
Allow this pain to ease
To hell we burn within our flame
Contradicting all that we've been told
Heeding no warning, no words left unsaid
Break down these walls once more
Let the emptiness consume
Etching this image into stone
Emanating failure one final time
Demonic thoughts prevail
Wait, watch, bleed
Till there's nothing left at all
Keep your grip upon my hand
Tighten as we fall

Inspired by the quote "Letting go the wanted things, Rips apart the needed." by J.M. Spenser
Hope you like it, Lieber. This quote was stuck in my head for two days with the first stanza and I didn't know where to go from there until now. As you may have noticed, the middle part is an acrostic that spells "Wait Watch Bleed".
