The message you bring forward to the one you have written this is very beautiful, sweet and tender. So you absolutely did a great job with expressing your feelings for that person.
However, the danger of these kind of writes is that one can fall quite easily into the trap of clichéd writing. In my opinion, when I was reading this poem, it felt as if I have read it before quite some numerous times...
