Bouncing
in my rusty car,
my fingers twitch
the radio knob,
searching for a song
that I can sing to.
The snowglobe shaking
on the dusty dashboard,
sticking to the gum below.
Knob still turning freely
sounds filling the air,
waves crashing
through my ears.
Glancing up
at the cerulean sky,
littered with cotton clouds
that dance across blue.
Then my fingers stop turning
the riddled knob
to hear Carrie sing
Ever Ever After,
in my rusty car.

This is nice. It flows along very well, but the cerulean sky littered with cotton clouds is a bit cliche.

where your contest go??? I was removed from it and I can't find it again. Whats going on. I followed the rules and wrote up a poem with your prompt. I feel that I deserve some sort of explanation, if it is possible.

Unfortunately today my charger for my laptop broke and so I wouldn't be able to get online to judge the contest so I had to cancel it.
-
-
why would you have to cancel??
You don't have to judge for weeks if it ended soon. B/c I wrote it not that long ago and that was when it was open. -
-
because I have no idea as to how long it will be until I'm able to get to a compute again.
