He said ,
“You stand beneath the starlight
and rest like wine upon my tongue.”
At that my heart wept for what seemed like years,
his eloquence, his stature, his ripe lips and dark eyes
haunted my every fairytale and dream.
And so I ran, I ran with terror burning the soles of my shoes
until I could run no longer, until the ocean rose
and it’s crashing tides stopped me dead in my tracks.
(This world seems to belong in the hearts of weeping willows
and forgotten moments that dwindle with the rising sun,
it’s simply passing with the dying hopes of the matter-of-facts.)

... thoughts keep stomping around in my head, they're turning my brain to mush... I don't know what the hell I'm saying these days >_<
