Come little sis, let’s get us to the ball;

The mood it could be

                                       mauve,

                                                     the tempo

                                                                        sarabande.

But no,

that’s not the way it works at all.

The key won’t turn,

the glove is on the other hand.

I have been told to credit the artist, even though I have not used the picture. Very well. Jealousy by manips-of-artist2

I didn't use the picture with my poem, so there was no need to credit the artist.

However, in my notes I did direct readers to follow the contest prompt if they wanted to see the picture. The credit is there.

I think your words (although they stand alone perfectly) really give a kind of weird coherence to the picture prompt. Very well done.

This is very, very interesting, brilliant in fact. I chose to study it without the picture first. Make my judgments then look at the picture. What a shock. I think I have a good idea what this means, and it goes perfectly with the picture. Bravo.

If you got close to the idea of a dissociative mind, then you got close to what I was trying to portray.

      Thank you, Allan.

I read your poem then I looked at the beautiful picture then read the poem again. You did do a wonderful job of portraying the prompt. I then took the poem personally and wondered if you were mad at me.

    Love,
    Amera♥

Great stuff, I have still to decide where to take this purple masterpiece, seeing it tackled by the best can only help me see into the picture.

Thank-you and have the usual handful of capital letters and rodents!

Ahem... I think you mean "au bal", Jem.

Unless the three bunnies are going to play pétanque!

      Thank you for the "diva"

ma Français n'est pas aussi bonne qu'elle était... a game of petanque sounds good though. Think I still got a set somewhere.

Do 'divas' play petanque???? Oh me oh mama what a picture I can do with that!!!! Throws the writing pad away for the night!
