the Firefly Dance

Here we sit
snuggled so close
openly admiring the campfire.

Above us, in the clear
crisp night sky, we notice
that the fire flies are dancing.
They so look like miniature stars
that are so dazzled by your
infinitesimal allure.

I so understand where they
are coming from for I too
am so dazzled by all that you are.
