Where are you?
Superman
A man shakes upon a rooftop
Readying his bended knees
It's time to jump
He's hoping no one sees
Where are you?
Superman
A little girl
Open on the floor
You let her villains win
Where are you?
Superman
A single mother
On the street corner
Starving babies at her knees
She's fumbling in the dark
For a fabricated set of keys
Where are you?
Superman
The average man
Calls out to you
And you neglect his needs
What makes you so super?
I, too,
Could leave someone else to bleed
Where are you?
Superman
And do you have a plan?

nice twist to the prompt, a bit clunky in places, but a great perspective
thanks for entering! -
Okay gabi, not your best. Pretty good, though. What does it mean "little girl open on the floor"?Open to what?

lol, I explained that in class. "Open" A.K.A "Vulnerable" or "cut Open".
