These moments with you

Rooms are quiet, painted with silence so gold
Stumbling through the dark and out into the cold
Leaving at 11:30 to reach you by midnight at the most
These seconds so bliss, an eternity that seems to grow
I treasure these rendezvous when I can hold you so close

the memories created by such moments can last a lifetime, but the joy comes from finding time for the moments in the first place.
