Your wicked smile
and triangle nose
with cat like eyes
makes you seem so creepy,
weird and robotic
as your face never changes.
Your eyes light up
as it becomes dark outside
so that you can watch as children pass by,
they walk and they run
with candy bags jiggling
gumballs, gum, and candy bars inside.
You smile as they walk pass you
with holiday cheer.
So you can't wait till next year
when you see new people
and more wicked costumes.

A nice poem. Good luck with contest.

This poem brings plenty o' cheer with this great background to decorate and light up your jack-o-lantern here! Hope you have a fun Halloween. We enjoyed this, thank you!

Hmmm...would there really be "holidy cheer" during Halloween? Seems a bit counterintuitive, doesn't it? That phrase feels as though it should be reserved for Thanksgiving or Christmas.
Also, in line 11, it sounds like the candy bags are the ones giggling, not the children -

The holiday cheer comes from the kids as they get their candy and the giggling is suppost to jiggling typo ;P
