You think I'm strong, but I'm not.
I'm fragile and I'm weak.
Though I seem so confident
I'm scared when things look bleak.
It looks as though I'm in control
when everything's uncertain.
Sometimes my face may wear a smile
when down deep inside I'm hurtin'.
I have to keep on going
even when the going's tough.
I can't just throw the towel in
and say I've had enough.
It's not me, but my faith
in things I have not seen
that makes all things possible,
On Jesus Christ I lean.
He is the One who loves me.
He's with me everywhere
and though I've never seen Him,
I know He's always there.
He is the One that I can trust
when nothing else is sure.
He has all power. He is just.
He is the only cure.
So if your plans are failing,
and no one seems to care,
why don't you call on Jesus?
Give Him your fervent prayer.
Ask Him to come into your heart
where sin and greed abound,
Admit to Him you know you're lost
and waiting to be found.
Admit your life is wrecked,
you don't know where to turn.
You need His help to find Him,
For Him your heart does yearn.
Confess the mess you've made
for all the wrong you've done.
No one else can save you
Jesus is the only One.
Know on High He heard you
He knew your desperation.
Long before you ever called
He came with your Salvation.
He walked on earth among us.
He pitied us our plight.
He loved us with compassion.
He lit the darkest night.
He healed the sick and dying.
He made the blind to see.
He heard the lost and crying.
He came for you and me.
He left His heavenly kingdom
to become our sacrifice.
With His own blood He purchased us.
With His life He paid the price.
He conquered the grave to rise again.
He is the open door.
He holds the keys to hell and death.
He lives for evermore.
He washed away all our sin.
He's faithful to forgive.
But we must ask Him to come in
Be Lord of the life we live.
The battle is over. The victory is won.
The gift is yours to receive.
All you must do to claim the prize is
accept Jesus Christ and Believe.
Yes, my friend, He heard your call.
He came without hesitation.
He gave His Love, His Life, His All
To give to you Salvation.

I love, love, love this poem. It blessed me to see an inspirational poem proudly proclaiming that Jesus is the only way.... My emotional response was one of surprise at seeing something positive for a change. You began humbly confessing that you are weak without HIM. Then you went on to assure the reader that they too can find strength in Christ.

"Admit to Him you know you're lost"--very sincere and touching words, as is the poem as a whole. Especially meaningful to me is this stanza:
"He left His heavenly kingdom
to become our sacrifice.
With His own blood he purchased us.
With His life He paid the price."
Now for a little constructive criticism--I hope you don't mind.
"Dieing" should be "dying," "tuff" should be "tough," unless you are misspelling it for effect (eg: Lite vs. light). Maybe consider changing "I'm" to "I am" in the first line only. It would help the meter. Stanzas 8-10 seem to be a little repetitive. Instead of starting each one with a problem and ending with the answer, you could have one whole stanza be about the problem, and the next one be the answer. More depth and detail would improve the flow.
