Torment

Emotional pain,
minimal gain.
From suicide,
I must refrain.

Lovely tears,
many fears.
That’s what I’ve felt
throughout the years.

My spirit’s bare
and nobody cares.
Life’s a torment,
life’s not fair.

Do you touch yourself at night?

Does that have a double meaning?

It very well could. This briefly describes a lot of torment. I've never been suicidal but I can relate to the rest of the poem. You're right lifes not fair. If it was we wouldn't have to console ourselves at night. We'd have someone to do it for us. Best of luck.
