Despite the voices, she is merely a lifestyle; Anorexia.

Promise me; stand by me, Anorexia.
Though you inflict pain and suffer
On my sinned me, yet without you, I’m lost. .

Ironically, lost has the old suffer, thanks to Anorexia.
