Along chilly winds dance yellows
and apples smothering the morn,
we snuggle by burning leaves
into nights autumn's moon,
our lips a bit chaff
ready to sip chocolaty mist
in hours shortened to rest,
lakes chill fallen colors
to sparkle eye's sensation,
evermore, with dreaming nature.

Wonderful
Very well done. Best of luck in the contest.

The background is a bit distracting...
But I love how you captured the chilly, yet sweet sense of autumn
Best of luck!
