    Excellent title and haiku, with medical application...what isn't burped out will have a long and convoluted passage ahead, with painful spasms recurring until it is all passed!

    I would have use 'out' rather than 'our' in line two. While the wealthiest are less rich than they were, they are not suffering.

    Oh yes! Sick we have become from the virus spread of the greedy. How much is enough for the filthy rich? If you ask them,its never enough.And a sick person flat on their backs,can't get up and work.Excellent take.
