Republican or Democrat?
The same old political crap!
Fighting and debating all those days!
Yet everyone's mind is in a haze!
Vote Obama! Vote McCain!
This whole nation is going insane!
Vote for Change! but will it be better or worse?
The whole country divided and blinded by a political curse!
We must leave Iraq...No we must stay there!
Yet sometimes they act like they don't even care.
They smile and wave as they pass people by
but in their spare time, they continue to lie.
They spend tons of money on advertisements that are lying and cruel!
He voted for this! He voted for that! He didn't do well in school!
Their stabbing the world with their political knife!
Now I try to ignore it all, going on with my life!

It's a great poem. A simple style is often the most powerful one. Your opinion is very well put.
