This beautiful chair
My friend you should know
Has traveled world wide
Now has a home of it's own
It's graced the palace
Of Prince's and Kings
It was sat upon by
By people and things
It has held a Mother
With her baby in arms
Singing so softly
With all of her charms
It used to belong to
A great King I am told
Who treasured this chair
Far more than his gold
If only this chair
Could talk to us this day
I'm sure we'd hear stories
So delightful and gay

This was a great poem but the limit on this contest was for 10 lines only, this is far beyond that. Best to you
