The moon and sun
Combine to make one
They are ying and yang
Two halves of a sphere
One dark, one light
One day, one night
A love story kept secret
From all watching eyes
Watching from far
With envy are stars
They fall from the heavens
A sad yet beautiful thing
As they fall from grace
They go at such a fast pace
The dance of the universe
Is more beautiful than anything I’ve seen
There’s more to say
Let’s save it for another day
So for now I’ll rest
Till I can express my feelings
On this universal dance
That we call life
