I found that love has it's very own style.
Somewhere between friendship and day dreams
We found ourselves tripping over unmistakeable seams.
Somewhere between a song and cheap lyrics
I heard the tune pass through the part between your lips.
Somewhere between my fingertips and your chest
We subconsciously found merely the best.
Somewhere between a tear and a smile
I found the reason to trust, that I lost for quite a while.

I don't know if this made me smile outwardly as much as it made me inside. It's one of the "ah..." as the mind congers up the image being played out. Nicely done-with just enough words to get your meaning across to the reader.
