the greenest grass
rolled out for me
like the red carpet
dandy lion fuzz thick
in the air
like Alaskan snow
all colors drift form their place
and fall into new ones
the birds songs echo together
creating a loving hum
then the hum is transformed into crys
the colors run and turn an ugly grey
the grass dyes
the air becomes hollow
and clear
i lay on what was once a tuffet of grass
and now a pile of dirt and ash
my nose fills with the smell of
dirt and blood
my eyes become heavy
as if they didn't want to see
see heavens death
see the fall from ecstasy
Author notes
if you have ever tripped on acid and ecstasy you know the feeling.

i have been on both and all i remember is starting a fight with Dopey off snow white and the seven dwarfs, whilst naked. i thought i would return the favor, and i am happy i did. wonderfully written and the images strong and still flowing in my mind. keep it flowing and good luck in the contest

Wow that was amazing. I have felt the this in all the ways possible. Life is waves with all the ups and downs, that is until you find center and that is omnipresent
