Frozen creeks icy home
For beaver,while deer,
Plus wandering moose
Midst the bulrushes
Love to roam.
Now,from sounds
Along the weir
Cries of swimnmers
Sounds of cheer
Summers here!

This flow is as tranquil and healing as a small waterfall. The rhyme is stellar! Absolutely gorgeous work! I wish you well in the challenge.

i liked the jaunt through the cold to warm.. yet showing how life lives through it all.

This is nice.
I love the picture, very beautiful image. I grew up in the country, though not the wilds. I saw many a deer and my share of beaver damns. Unfortunately our pond and creek was nowhere near as pretty as this. The last line makes me "stumble" because it has an extra beat. Consider just Summer's here! That way both last lines have three beats each. Just a suggestion. Good luck!
