On the Ocean of Forgetfulness, in Erebus, she waits,
to lead those drowning souls, to perditions shuttered gates.
In mockery of hopefulness, in a moonbeam blighted sky,
Satan paints a memory, of life that passed them by.
Carrion of mortal waste, touched by Devils hand,
weeps for blessed release, from this God forsaken land.
Tainted trees that once bore fruit, sink beneath the waves,
their roots now feed on death, that lies in festered graves.
She will wait in black surrender, as she stares at mordant sky,
for forgotten souls, departed, that in darkest torment cry.
Remember well the life you led, so fleeting yet so real,
then touch the guilt inside you, as in grief you, begging, kneel.
