    I like the image and metaphor but I have to tell you the font is hard to read on the background.

      It is about people who are limited in ability to percieve...
      To dismiss from their world what they cannot understand the way a spider ignores touches to its web that aren't insects. It can be anything we have trouble recognizing the pattern of; I stumble in concepts of higher math. Sit there with a blank on my face swimming against the glass...

      Vertical horizon indicates ability to connect to God; horizontal, to fellow man.

      In my opinion, atheists, particularly the militant ones just don't have the ability to 'get' that some things are known in a transendent eartheral way.

      I had a wonderful conversation with a client who had a heart transplant. Fascinated with 'organ memory' I asked if she experienced any. She couldn't stand coffee, which she had loved; hamburgers, too.
      She confirmed that her 21 year old donor had those aversions, and that she sang everywhere she went. "That explains the songs in my head," she replied...
