Before it happened...

Had no idea 'forever' was so short lived
before it ended...
Didn't know it could hurt so much
before my heart was broken...
Would never have guessed u could shock me lyk this
before my trust was shattered...
Never knew what it would be like to be deprived of something
before we parted...
That i could miss someone so much,i never knew
before i was forced to be all alone...
Never thought i would be hurled into the reality like this
before my dream world crumbled....
Oh! But I am glad it all happened
coz it sure has made me pay attention...
and now i know
that not even a moment of happiness is to be battered...
