Every tear tells a story,
Every lie tells the truth,
Every scar hides a feeling,
Everyone has secrets deep hidden in their youth.
Every beginning has an ending,
Every ending starts again,
Every person has a dark side,
Every loss has a win.
Every meal that's skipped by someone,
Who is sick of who they are,
Is a journey never taken,
And they didn't get too far.
Every trigger ever pulled,
Every gunshot ever heard,
Is meant for those who should have spoken
When they didn't say a word.
Every pill ever taken
Not meant to heal an ill,
Is time that could be worthy, lost,
For numbness and the thrill.
Every blade that's ever kissed the skin,
Of someone who's in pain,
Is a cry made out for help,
To free them from their chain.
Every word ever uttered,
Every thought that ever was,
Every dreamed ever dreamt,
Everything everyone does,
It all means something more than this,
Something more than what we see,
If we just paid attention
Maybe everyone'd be free.
Free of pain and suffering
Of knives, pills, pain, and fears,
Maybe we could make it better,
Maybe we could end all tears.

I would trim line three, and on line 27 I think you meant, "every dream ever dreamed", but I prefer every dream ever dreamt. Overall, this is a topnotch piece with a great message. Keep up the good work.
