deserted park,
he walks by my side,
his sister on my back,
I grab onto her ankles
to restrain her tiny feet
from kicking his elegantly
moving chest.
He whines at her
as she starts to hum sweetly,
and just to torment him
I hum along
he shoots me a playful version
of a glare
but just to make sure I knew
that that face was just for fun,
he moves closer
and crashes his moistened lips
onto my forehead, creating
a moment so breathtaking, his sister
was almost dropped. As her arms swung
back onto my shoulders she squeals,
"AWWWWWWWWWW.... how sweet!"
He lightly punches her and she hops on down.
His focus comes back to my giggling visage
and with his big warm palms just below the
backs of my shoulders, he screams,
"My turn!" and he jumps;
his legs colliding with my straining neck.
We crash onto the crunchy, brown grass,
I turn over, with him right on top of me,
gazing at me with a handsome lovestruck face,
and as we breathe one loud, extensive breath
we block out the sounds of his sister;
laughing and snickering above us.
We start to laugh as well,
and as his lips slowly move closer to mine,
both of us wishing for this moment to
last forever,
the little girl that love made us forget was
there yanked at her brother's arm,
and he got up.
A rush of blushing disappointment appeared
over both of our faces,
and as his sister went trotting along ahead,
he whispered in my ear,
"Next time, it will be just you and me, cutie."
Happiness taking over all emotions in my
golden-braided head, I sprint along,
and I dance with the sweet, young girl
who ignited the bonfire of our love.
