some say
love like
you've never
been hurt
but I say
make a go
with all
that you know
because knowing
what's at stake,
and protecting
what can break
remind's us
exactly how much
we have grown
so I say
love anyway,
inspite of the hurt
and love like
you might never
love again
realize
what you have
the moment
that you have it
and hold on to it
as long as you can
after hurt
comes the feeling
of eventual healing
and the want to feel
loved one more time
so keep on believing
that you'll soon be achieving
that once in a lifetime right kind...
