The best clarinet tune in the world, my favourite since first I heard it - and your words are beautiful; together they brought tears to my eyes.
The yearning of the music is ehoed perfectly in your words. So very well done.

Somewhere she is waiting for you...someday you'll find her glance and her smile...

This is so lovely and complimented so well by Acker Bilk and his 'Stranger on the Shore' (recorded in 1961) It was originally titled 'Jenny'. However, the words to your poem are heartfelt and rather lovely to read. Beautifully presented, Von

Honestly Beautiful
One day soon,I hope this for you and all who dream a dream of that special someone somewhere. I think at times,we've already found them. It's those star struck moments we lose the luster of in the constant too familar. I adore this! Especially that song. Is'nt it titled,"Stranger on the Shore"? Like a 1950's song I think, although it might of been from the war era of the 30's. Anyway, thank you for finding it to share with us. And your deep down feelings give voice to the lonesome passions for that someone we all watch for.Beautiful!

Many thanks for listening, your correct with Stranger On The Shore,I think it was a hit in the sixties though,my wife and I have recently celebrated our fourth wedding anniversary, but it was how I felt before we met,I knew she was out there ,but just hadn't bumped into her,we actually use to go to the same night club and we use to watch the same live bands perform but it wasn't till a while after that we met.

The layers of the heart are always very tight to bring the truth on the lips..but it is the poetry which helps to reveal the truth with a beauty as well..a great work indeed..

You certainly have the knack for fitting your words to your choice of music. The words are as soft as the music and a joy to both read and listen to.
Well done and thank you for the experience.
