Dear God,
Caught up, best describes the situation where I seem to be
Everything seems to be colliding
My dreams now seem heard to reach
I miss being carefree
My life now seems to be filled with sorrow
I miss being free- spritied; living in the moment
And not for tomorrow
I was always told to chase, not to follow my dreams
But lately I've been hurt, and things weren't what they seemed
The power of deception and trickery is so much alive today
Its just....everything seems to be going wrong....
My life seems like one big waste
I used to hold my head high on a regular basis
But now I look down
Afraid to look into other people's faces
Knowing that on you; their back, they can forever turn
Seeing them move on like it's nothing
When you're.....
Left to burn

People come, and people go. the important part is what kind of imprint it leaves on your life. you can live your life trying to impress those around you, and live your life to their expectations, or you can decide that it doesn't matter what they think. You need to act on your own behalf, and do what makes you happy.
