before I sleep or when you're away is all I need
Comforting and satisfying
Your arms hold me safe letting me know you're not going anywhere
and are here to stay
It's the way you say my name and call me Svetlachok,
that makes me feel so special you don't even know
It's the time we picked out names in my car driving home, that makes me smile
It's when you look at me and I just know this is where I am suppose to be
Laying with you is so relaxing and feels so right
To go to bed with you and wake up to your face each morning would be like a dream
A shared sense of humour, teasing and joking
Laughing together, another precious moment in time
It's the way you layed with me under the stars so content and carefree
It's the way you widen your eyes when you don't know what to say
And the way you say just the right thing when you do
It's the way we could say nothing at all but walk away thinking we wouldn't change a thing
It's the way you make me so happy it's almost uncontainable
It's your concern for my well-being
It's the way you kiss me and I feel sparks and fireworks,
the kind I've only heard people talk about but never felt
It's the way my knees go weak and I just can't get close enough to you
I want every bit of you,
your breath,
the sound of your voice,
your touch,
and your mind
I want your good and I want your bad
I want you happy and I want you sad
I want to be the one that takes care of you when you hurt or don't feel well
I want to be the one that makes you coffee in the morning and kisses you before you go off to work
I want to help you erase your past by creating an unforgettable future
I want to be part of you and share things with you,
whether they be merely thoughts or experiences
I want to be close to you
And always be your girl

At least in my tastes, this seemed more like a letter than poetry. I liked parts of it and the attempts of different style of poetry within it, but the language itself isn't what I feel is new or inventive in any way, which may or may not have been your goal. I didn't think it was a fluid read or was in any way embraced or kept my attention. I appreciated the strong feelings evidently behind it though, but thought they could have been expressed in a cleaner and more vivid way. But, keep writing and good luck with this love!

This is so cute! I clicked for the names, they're intriguing, but I don't know any more about them. I know a Svetlana, thought you may have too. Instead I find a sweet poem about young love, and it made me feel all those good things about it, again. Thank you!
