Sit with you and talk with you.
It's been so long,
Since we've had a conversation...
Relying on internet to communicate,
It's driving me insane.
I wanna be with you,
Do you wanna be with me in the same way?
To converse, discuss the world, politics, life in general?
I wanna learn with you, expand with you, be smarter because of you.
Every missed interaction makes me scream-
I just wanted to say hi,
But you just said bye...
Writing this poem,
Wanting to know what you've been doing..
Are you going out of your mind?
Cuz I'm going InSanE!!!
Please... I'm making this request
But I don't know what it is,
My mind is so flustered right now-
Just try and give me a call...

Unfortunately that threshold of pang is a door on a 2-way hinge.
Silence is only golden when you choose the silence, alternately it's a slap in the face by a sasquatch. (so to speak...)
I've asked similar questions as it relates to my own situation. I don't believe there's an answer to any of them. why a sudden silence when everything seems perfect? Why offer terms of endearment with no empathy behind them? How can one person be so decisively cruel... and yet claim to love boundlessly?
You can want something so simple... to hold hands, it's not much to ask, but where there's warmth... there's ice nearby.
