The hand lifted me gently from my side
brushed off the road
and continued on its way
Gave me time to think
where had I, to have gone
shoved brutally from a window
screaming down the pavement
Destined not for companionship
here I am, and cannot reach
to scratch my disrupted feelings

I love this. They point of view from which you write is brilliant. :] I love the lonely feeling you give this object.
"Gave me time to think
where had I, to have gone"
It's funny; you describe this as the suitcase's feeling, yet many people can relate to this. :] Your writing is extraordinary.
"Destined not for companionship
here I am, and cannot reach
to scratch my disrupted feelings"
A beautifully saddening ending to this piece. Absolutely lovely. :] Your poetry is always a pleasure to read. You've certainly earned this trophy

Wow this was something completely away from what I was expecting but very nicely penned here. Best to you in the contest

Wow, most unpleasant trip, I`d say. broken feelings disrupt your journey.
