Daisy Dreams & Crop Circle Angels.

We layed in the grass, palms sweating together tightly,
upward, stealing traces of stars in our eyes.
Intertwining grass slivers in between my fingers,
&smelling the sweet perfume of comfort between your words.

Laughter breaking the tops of every daisy,
wind dancing across the field,
running through Forget-me-nots,
feeling lyrics sift through the dust,
&making crop circle angels through the weeds,
We decided that hide & seek wasn’t just for little kids anymore.

As we left our footprints in the daydreaming clouds,
we noticed that we weren’t just a fabrication,
we were forever.

Author notes

I wrote this for a Creative Writing assignment.
I just turned it in today.
I've submitted a couple of my poems that I've written on here,
& he keeps telling me that he feels like I'm hiding something.
He says my concepts & objectives just aren't clear.

Please tell me if you think the message in this poem is clear to you.
I want to get different opinions.

Thankssssss
