Jealousy?
Maybe
I see the glint of it
In your staring eyes
I'm sure you see it
In mine
Jealousy?
I suppose
Why?
God knows...
We stand
On this damned platform
Our heads in the same noose
Yet we scream
That our suffocation
Is millions of times more painful
Oh, that is just not fair
Jealousy?
Probably
Our eyes stinging
With tears of spite
Our heads spinning
With the mere hopes
That the other
Might just fall
Break their necks
Crack their heads
That's the end
We stand alone now
On our solitary step
The other's suffering
Overthrown
Our noose is our own.

This poem is very nice, kind of deep. It made me think. I read it twice, though. I had to! It was so cool. Thanks! The only thing I would change is maybe make it a little shorter? I don't know. It was just so perfect...
