How come I feel, much this way
This feeling haunts me, everyday
And now I think, it's time to pay
Death a little visit, on this day
Take me away, she said in tears
Take away all of these dreaded fears
I'm tired of life, I will recall
I've been up the rise, now it's time to fall
Stay away from me,
My mortal enemy
Let me be,
So I can see
The shadow of Death,
in his black abyss
So I can feel the kiss,
Of Death on its way
Tear after Tear, falling my friend
Is this really the end?
My heart'll never mend
Carry me away, sire
For soon I shall tire
And live nevermore, neverless,
In this long living fire....
