Are you always chasing the ocean?
The sun screams
Here's the death
the flowing river
a dream called liferushing
to the othersideofthe
c l o u d s
Calm the wind
turgid souls
crumble
Little ghost, did you ask the moon
what time it is
and if those sores are real?
The flowers open
fed by the ocean
Worms fall into the waves
ii
I
who is
the storm
you
who are
the sea
the mud crawls
and wars are won
winter, the silver season
are you called twilight?
im
called
death
i am
the ocean
the imagination
the mirror
iii
You tremble with the sky
Are you dark, alive
celebrating the day and night
do you swim against the tide
Here's the moon, the hero of
the mindless voice that crawls
an abyss of dream and gloom
a particular tree, a smile, a womb
[chase the ocean child
don't drown in the clouds]

Some days I think we are all chasing the oceans.
I like the flow of this piece, the word placement really enhanced the feel.
Thanks for entering -
and god damn I don't know why I don't reaed you more often... actually it's because of my inherent laziness

The way you switched up one and two...
that is will and ever be
and you say you've never done acid?
Maybe a good god thing? -
Damn, you son of a bitch...
{no disrepect to your mother of course}
but I thought I had a chance
with my piddly words until
you!
Have you ever been to a live poetry reading?
I never have but think it would be cool
your words always read that way to me
anyway, reading...
