You call this love, you kidding me?
It’s all a joke and too silly.
You chase each other round and round
Until the right one you’ve found.
But then they lie and then they cheat
Act innocent and oh so sweet.
But then it happens every time
You think they’re nice but end up slime.
Feeding you all the same old lines
They’re innocent, pure and divine.
You’re paranoid, delusional
But you and I know its all bull!
At last you’ll come to realize
That you were wrong and they’re no prize.
Then you will cry and go boohoo!
Seeking pity, but I’ll tell you.
It’s not a game don’t take it lightly
Or you will end up crying nightly
Now please don’t think I’m being cruel
It’s what happens to loving fools.
So please oh please remember this
If their love hurts tell them to kiss!

I'm doing good and I hope your doing the same young lady.I've been reading your poems and wonder though. Hang in there, and it will all work out. I was being a little sarcastic with this one.
But only in a fun way. darlintic below noticed also. I explained it to her and I hope you read it below on my comment to her. It explains it all and I would hate for someone to think I am getting senile repeating myself. 
I'm glad you were laughing as that was my intent when I wrote it.

I know I'll be okie, just at the moment, it seems as though the world has fallen around my feet, but I know it hasn't, and I'll pick everything up again, it'll just take me a bit of time

and O so blind how we are sometimes...thinking they love us so well, when in relility, we are but fools ,for the games they play without any rules...so much truth in your words and a smile to soften the end...winner for sure and thanks my 'bad influence' for sharing you with me

Thanks darlintic. I did mix a little sarcasm in with the humor. I myself have been there as have many others. I think my age helps me to look at it a little more objectively is all. I think a little less drama and a little more thought saved me alot of grief. Hopefully the younger readers will get what I am saying. Love is grand, but is not the be all end all.
