Flowing waves (spiritual)

I am flowing waves
and soft peaks,
and the waters that surround
me can feed my energy,
or drain me of it.

    Imagined isolation
    besieged and
    invaded my body,
    slaughtering all feelings
    of self love.

And from the death drop
of a waterfall,
the rampaging swell
surrendered to the soothing shimmer
of the sun rising across open seas;
the realisation of a tomorrow.

I am flowing waves
and soft peaks,
and the waters that surround
me now, bathe my soul
in easy tranquillity and
a love unsurpassed.

I no longer travel alone,
the fact is,
I never did.

Your poetry flows so effortlessly with smooth flowing thoughts the are sensual in mood. It feels like a feathery softness.

this piece moves with a certain fluidity to it that does not jerk or interrupt the flow... it's steady on, swift and sure - covering the soul on every escapade that it will ensue...
