Stars were placed in your reach,
if you felt the glow,
the shine of the sunrise;
how time flies.
Are your fingertips numb from my touch,
could you want it this much?
A muffled dream, a silent look,
in my eyes you're beautiful.
Sand,
gently slipping through my fingers.
I'm losing my religion,
I am a vessel.
Fill me with your emotions,
tell me what your life has been without me.
I want to know where I fit;
squares in round holes.
