Madness of Separation
Swallowed in virgin green hills
Echoing a grieving solitude,
As she awaits under the
Bear skin canopy
For her love’s return.
Endless, the memories she holds
Of hollow crafts,
Vibrating through her skin,
As hair rises from the dead.
Dire yearns of souls
Adrift a connection
Captured by a longing
To be seen.
Madness floods
A forgotten heart
Into separation
Of her being.
Idle time conceives candid
Voices, breezing images of
Erotic comfort,
Throughout her empty
Needs of companionship.
Only climax sings the
Subtle face of elegies-
Tasting her tears
Of loneliness
Once again.

Great wording and images! I like many lines, but I really like the wording and image of:
'As hair rises from the dead.'
Great take on that picture. Best wishes in the contest.
