What a blast this is to read and look at. I have been down this colorful road before and I cannot seem to get the image out of my mind. Fall foliage is a breathtaker and makes one feel so young again.

You've reminded me, beautifully
of how much I miss the turning of the leaves in autumn.
Where I live is just pine trees as far as the eye can see, and there are only two seasons, hot and not so hot.
I have a similar picture on my desktop. Sometimes I wish I could get lost in it and never be found.

This describes my favorite time of year very well!! I love the brilliance of colors when the Autumn season hits. When the leaves are on the trees...it's the carnival. When the leaves hit the ground, it's nature's natural confetti. Great writing!
