What She Could Never Be

I am nothing more than a living corpse,
decaying out from the depths of my soul.
A reflection so cruel,
a reality so potent even the devil may cry,
seeing nothing more than the shell of a person that her broken heart beats inside of,
the remains of the most beautiful girl,
turned to dust and floated away.
The mirror.
you most feared enemy,
staring back at you,
so pure, like a frozen wall of tears,
enfringed with pain,
the agony that welled up from within her,
she looked in the mirror ever day,
and every day, another piece of her died,
longing to be beautiful again,
forced to fake a smile and a laugh every day,
her heart can't break anymore,
it was never whole to start with.
She cried every night,
hoping and praying for the same thing,
to be the kind of girl he wanted,
but never stopping to see,
that she never looked at what she had,
but always dwelled on what she didn't have,
and what she could never be.

Very good, really draws you in. I did notice several typos or spelling/grammar errors which somewhat interrupted the flow. Over all this is a good piece. With a couple of corrections it could be great! Thanks for entering!
