With a heart devoted to Jesus
She has searched across the sea
In her dance of life has found me
What may be His plan for us?
Our hearts sway upon the waves
To the beat of the song that plays
In a dance that seeks the Master's ways
Delaying patiently what the heart craves
Daily our tender hearts to Him we expose
As we dance together until the music ends
To know if Jesus leads us to be more than friends
Where this dance will lead no human knows
Will she be my partner in this dance of life
Or will I pass her to another dancer?
Only God will give us the right answer
Will she be only a friend or perhaps a wife?
